What payment methods do you accept?

Dropi uses PayPal for secure payments. Don’t have a PayPal account? You can pay with a credit card through PayPal. When you reach the check out page, click ‘Proceed to PayPal’ and you will be provided the opportunity to pay with a credit card.

Please note that transactions will be under the name of Dropi’s parent company, Scientifix Pty Ltd.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to metropolitan and regional areas of Australia and New Zealand.

Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping.

UK customers can view stockists on

US customers can buy Dropi at Daria Imports.

Otherwise, you can contact us for international inquiries.

When will my order arrive?

We ship through Australia Post, and shipping times will vary depending on your location.

Standard shipping to a metropolitan location within Australia or New Zealand will usually take 5 to 6 business days.

Express shipping to a metropolitan area in Australia will take 1 business day, and up to 3 business days to New Zealand.

We also offer FREE standard shipping for orders over $160.

What is your shipping and returns policy?

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
